Jeff Roberson

Jeff, a native of Baldwyn, Mississippi, lives in Oxford and is a graduate of the University of Mississippi. He has been assistant sports editor of The Oxford Eagle, and editor of The Ole Miss Spirit. He assists as an archivist and historian for Ole Miss athletics. Roberson is co-author, along with his first cousin, the late Pontotoc native Jim Weatherly, of "Midnight Train" which chronicles the life of Weatherly as an All-Southeastern Conference quarterback at Ole Miss through his songwriting career and induction into the Songwriters Hall of Fame in New York. In 2025, Roberson completed, along with co-author Chase Parham, "Stories from Ole Miss Baseball" for Nautilus Publishing of Oxford.
