Chef Enrika is a Mississippi-born and raised creator and chef-owner of Fauna Foodworks. Chef Enrika has had the unique experience of working with her greatest inspirations and mentors, such as Chef Carla Hall, Emeril Lagasse and was featured on an episode of FOX's "Hotel Hell" with Chef Gordon Ramsay as well as most recently, battled Bobby Flay on The Food Network "Beat Bobby Flay". Chef Enrika has been featured in a series of three dinners at the prestigious James Beard House, as well as several culinary curations focusing food and story and culture through her culinary experiences and inspirations. As chef-owner, Chef Enrika has re-focused Fauna Foodworks as an abstract, re-imagined culinary food lab that produces thoughtful, ingredient-driven, bohemian chic cuisine. Fauna Foodworks is not only creatively sensitive but socially, radically vested, and expressive in changing the conversations and expanding the culinary landscape through our catering, dinner series, pop ups, and our curated menus/foodstuffs and ideas. In her spare time, Chef Enrika continues her endless pursuit of a delicious and satisfying life through food, art, and her amazing collection of enamel pins and way too many scented candles.
