Stevie J. Blues
Stevie, son of a pastor, began in gospel and Southern soul before finding his passion in blues. He toured with Bobby Rush and contributed to Folk Funk (2004). He represented Central Mississippi Blues Society at the International Blues Challenge and won Contemporary Blues Artist of the Year at the 2010 Jus’ Blues Awards. His albums include 2 Sides of a Man, The Diversity Project, and Back 2 Blues. His latest, Quarantined, is a raw, mostly solo-produced album showcasing his creative grit.
