Scott Naugle works for The Council of Insurance Agents and Brokers on Capitol Hill in Washington, D.C. and is the co-owner of Pass Books/Cat Island Coffeehouse on the Mississippi Gulf Coast. He writes a monthly book review column and other feature articles for Leader's Edge magazine and also contributes to Rough Notes magazine. Scott is a commissioner on the Mississippi Arts Commission, a board member of the Mississippi Institute of Arts and Letters, Pass Christian Historical Commission, and the Risk & Insurance Education Alliance Academy. He is a founding board member of the Mississippi Book Festival and a past president. Scott lives in Pass Christian, Mississippi, with his husband in a meticulously restored circa 1858 house.
