Mary Alice Welty White
Mary Alice, niece of Eudora Welty, grew up around the corner from her aunt and has many memories of traveling, family gatherings, and conversations with Eudora. White left the field of education to become the first director of the Eudora Welty House. She serves as secretary of the Eudora Welty Foundation.
