Hannah V Warren
Hannah is a poet, translator, and Fulbright Scholar living in Athens, GA. She is the author of the poetry collection Slaughterhouse for Old Wives' Tales (2024) and two chapbooks. Her poetry and translations have appeared in Gulf Coast, Passages North, and Denver Quarterly, among others. She has a PhD in literature from the University of Georgia and an MFA in creative writing from the University of Kansas. Originally from Mississippi, Hannah weaves the South into her poetry, often integrating monstrous imagery and her background as a woman who grew up in Southern Gothic landscapes.
