Fabian, a dedicated Mississippian, has earned degrees from American Public University, Jackson State University, and Holmes Community College. He holds a Certificate in Senior Executives in State and Local Government, a Master of Business Administration with a Concentration in Entrepreneurship, a Bachelor of Science in Biology, and an Associate of Arts in Business Administration. Currently, he is pursuing his PhD in Public Policy and Administration from Jackson State University. Fabian is the founder of Mississippi United Realty and serves as the Managing Broker.
In 2023, Fabian was elected to the Mississippi House of Representatives, representing the people of Mississippi House District 66, including parts of South Jackson, Byram, Terry, and Utica. As a Legislator, he sits on the Housing Committee, Technology Committee, Military Affairs Committee, and Judiciary B Committee. During his first year, Fabian has shown compassion and dedication in addressing several issues affecting his state.
During his first session, Fabian authored and co-authored over 50 bills. Notably, one of his bills paved the way for the largest capital investment in Mississippi's history, a ten billion-dollar Amazon data center. He has also demonstrated empathy and concern for victims of domestic violence and harm reduction initiatives. Fabian authored HB 1137, legislation that expands the availability of Narcan to combat the fentanyl crisis, which passed both chambers unanimously.
Besides his political responsibilities, Fabian enjoys traveling, reading, gardening, spending time with his children, and working on community service projects. Fabian and his family attend Jackson Revival Center Church in Jackson, MS.
